Question: The Keystone XL Pipeline Project has recently been in the news (again). If okayed it has the potential to create jobs (although the number and duration are not clear) and move oil from Alberta oil sands to the Gulf Coast for refining. Using the economic concepts we’ve developed so far provide an analysis of the potential impact of the completed pipeline on the US and world oil market. In order to provide an adequate analysis, you should use data and information concerning the impacts (and magnitudes) to support your analysis.
