Question: For many years the Cincinnati Inquirer has held claim to being the leading newspaper in southern Ohio and northern Kentucky. To illustrate its influential position, the paper polled a random sample of 802 readers regarding their knowledge of a specific tax issue facing the city, and found that 112 were aware of the problem.
