The local health department conducts a course on food handling. To evaluate this course, you select an SRS of restaurants from the list of licenses restaurants. For these restaurants in you sample, you then search the list of violations found by the health department during the last two years as well as the list of restaurants with employees who have attended the course during the last 2 years. For the 86 sampled restaurants, the data can be presented as follows:
