The dataset has a lot more information than you need to answer the questions below. It’s a practice for you to not being intimidated by a lot of numbers. You can use one of the two approaches: 1. Just make sure which variables that you need to work on and do it anyway; 2. You can delete the variables and data you don’t need and just leave the ones you need for your analysis.

Attached please find a dataset that I put together for an earlier study. The data was obtained from a PT clinic in the distribution center of a large company that does a lot of mail/on-line orders. One spreadsheet contains all the data and the second spreadsheet lists all the variables.

The data set contains information from 65 patients with upper extremity musculoskeletal disorders. Answer the following questions based on the dataset.

a. Is there a difference between genders in their initial status recorded by SF-36’s Bodily Pain (BP) and Physical Functioning (PF) domains? (Hint: need to do 2 comparisons between genders)

b. Is there any change in SF-36 Pain (BP) and Physical Functioning (PF) domains after intervention? (Hint: need to do 2 pre-and post comparisons)
