By being included in this entertainment zone, the good people of Prescott would get to help pay for the bonds to build the new stadium. (Aren’t they lucky?) Senator Joe (from above) thinks that “This is nuts, why the folks here don’t even know what the buccaneers are! By the way, what are they?” Obviously Senator Joe does not think highly of this proposal. Robert Pencil Warren was asked by Senator Joe (Robert has been a very busy boy lately, hasn’t he?) to take a poll of some of the good citizens of the county. He finds that of 750 respondents, only 310 support being included in the entertainment zone.
