The main question is How dose occupational stress influence job satisfaction and well being on female public teachers in Kuwait? And then there is a sub question, Which demographic characteristics (age, martial status, work experience) are playing moderating roles in occupational stress, job satisfaction, and well being among female public teachers in Kuwait?

The hypothesis is

H1: : there is a positive correlation between occupational stress and job satisfaction

H2: there is a negation correlation between occupational stress and well being.

Role of age H3;

H3a: there is no significant difference in occupational stress due to age

H3b: there is a significant difference in job satisfaction due to age

H3c: there is no significant difference in well being due to age

Role of martial status H4:

H4a. there is a significant difference in occupational stress due to martial status

H4b: there is a significant difference in job satisfaction due to martial status

H4c:  there is no significant difference in well being due to martial status

Role of teaching experience H5:

H5a: there is no significant difference in occupational stress due to teaching experience

H5b: there is no significant difference in job satisfaction due to teaching experience

H5c: there is no significant difference in well being due to teaching experience
