The following null and alternative hypotheses need to be tested:

Ho: The proportion of those who score a goal does not significantly differ by job (Sage or University of Sussex)

Ha: The proportion of those who score a goal significantly differs by job (Sage or University of Sussex)

Both variables Scored goal and Job are measured at the nominal level, and this indicates that the first assumption of the appropriate level of measurement needed of the variables in order to conduct a Chi-Square test is met.
