Behavior Modification: Classroom Behavior

The objective of this paper is to briefly study classroom behavior exhibited by teachers, in particular verbal behavior as measured by Flander's Interaction Analysis Technique. Such measurement provides a good way for administrators to more efficiently evaluate teachers performance.

One interesting dimension of verbal behavior that is interesting to analyze is amount of teacher statements devoted to procedural matters , which in measured in the context of the management behavior in the classroom. A data collection methodology that would be appropriate is a random sampling, but the data collection methodology requires a little more concrete planning in terms of the population that is trying to be reached and analyzed.

Behavior Modification: Classroom Behavior
