Question: Are either of the curves from the homicide rates and the actual number of reported homicides from your assigned data normal? Use the measures and concepts about “normalcy” discussed in the text and in the lecture notes to back-up your argument- prove your argument empirically!

If the data for either curve is not normal then you need to make a reasonable attempt to make the data normal and illustrate your results.
