Question: 350 students were polled on whether they prefer to do homework in the library, at the dorm, or in the lobby with their friends. The respondents’ major was also recorded. It turned out that out of 200 engineering majors 60 preferred studying in the library, 90 in the dorm, and 50 in the lobby. Among science majors 40 expressed preference for the library, 40 for the dorm, and 20 for the lobby. Finally, among 50 liberals arts majors 15 preferred library, 20 dorm, and 15 lobby.
