Question: In this part, we are interested in assessing whether there is an association between leaving the HMO institution and filing a complaint. It is expected that a much higher proportion of those who file a complaint will leave the HMO institution than for those who didn’t file a complaint.

In Chapter 8, 8.53, this issue was analyzed using a z-test two proportions. This process could also be performed using a Chi-Square test for independence. The details of the process are shown below:
