Question: Between June 2002 and October 2003, the School of Business of Medgar Evers College led a study and a survey of more than 1200 resident of low income residents in public housing developments respondents were asked the following question, “Did Potential Transport or Childcare Problems Cause You to Reject A Job Offer In Last 5 Years?”. The responses of those who responded affirmatively to the question are presented in Tables I-III.
