A survey found that out of 200 workers, 168 said they were interrupted three or more times an hour by phone, messages and emails.

(a) (10pts) Find the 99% Confidence Interval of the population proportion of workers who are interrupted three or more times an hour. (Hint: You are looking at a sample proportion or percentage of draws – establish the estimate of the proportion, then the standard error, then look at Slide 5 of Lecture 10 for the Confidence Interval).

(b) (5pts) Explain in plain English what the C.I. computed above means.
