Question: I would like for each of you to develop a problem that you are currently faced with at work or in your personal life that could be solved by the use of a decision model like the ones presented in Chapter 9 of the text. In this discussion activity, I would like for you to describe what the problem is, why decision modeling could help you and how you would approach solving the problem with a decision model. You don’t have to collect or present data for this…or for that matter solve it, but I would like to see substantive details on the issue and approach.
