Question: The CDC in Atlanta is concerned that their influenza vaccine program is not well managed since the vaccination sites are not distributed proportionately to the areas of higher infection rates, but evenly distributed. Modern public health theory suggests that areas of higher infection rates should be provided with more vaccination sites then those with lower infection rates.
