Question: Are the average consumption levels and prices paid by residential and commercial consumers statistically different? That is, do residential consumers pay, on average, the same price as commercial consumers for natural gas in your state? Do residential consumers use, on average, the same amount of natural gas as commercial consumers?

Use one of the Data Analysis Tools in Excel to answer these questions. Do NOT use an Excel function to determine these answers.  Part of the point of this project is for you to become familiar with the Data Analysis Toolpak.

Submit the output from the statistical tests you performed to determine the answers in Excel along with your detailed answers to the questions in Word.
