Using the SPSS data provided in Workshop 2:

1. Using the appropriate descriptive statistics (briefly justifying your choice) and presentation techniques, explore whether participants with a diagnosis of fragile X syndrome differ from participants with another diagnosis in terms of 1) their age, 2) scores on the Aberrant Behavior Checklist, 3) scores on the Socialization domain of the Vineland Screener and 4) school type.
2. Examine the relationship between Aberrant Behavior Checklist scores and the total

mean score of the Vineland Screener. I will be looking for the following aspects to each part of the assignment:

• Brief justification of descriptive or inferential statistics chosen

• Correct calculation of chosen statistics (please attach SPSS output to submitted work).

• Appropriate presentation (tables, graphs or text) of results.

• Brief interpretation of results (will be limited as you are working with made-up data but try to think about what the results might mean. You should also include the limitations of the analysis).
