This week's assignment requires the analysis of data using a two-factor ANOVA. As with the previous unit assignment, you will submit your assignment as an attachment using the Short Research Report Form.

The factorial ANOVA dataset for this exercise was supplied by Howell, but originally associated with a study by Thomas and Wang published in 1996. This study focuses on verbal learning and memory and employs the number of words recalled as the dependent variable and strategy (key word generated, key word provided, and rote learning) and time delay (either five minutes or two days) as the independent variables.

Your research question was provided to you in the last unit but you will need to develop this on your own for this assignment based on your knowledge and understanding of the variables and the factorial ANOVA.

Use the instructions provided for this unit to run the analysis with SPSS and complete the Short Research Report Form based on the results of your analysis. Submit the form and your SPSS output in the assignment area as attachments.
