There is an ongoing issue in Florida. Manatees are an endangered species. They are a slow moving marine mammal that prefers costal waters. Meanwhile boat owner ship has increased greatly over the years.

A) Conduct an EDA, making graphs and/or tables as needed. Explore for anything interesting.

B) Discuss the EDA and propose one idea for an inferential method. (ie estimate a quantity, conduct a hypothesis test, analyze a contingency table, find a regression line, etc. There are many possible correct answers here).

C) Carry out your analysis plan. The analysis should be complete and coherent. Show formulas used and results.

D) Write a conclusion. Conclusion should be well written sentences.
