Question: In paragraph form, describe your topic. You may choose any topic you wish as long as it involves two different quantitative variables that you believe may be related in some way .
Identify the relevant population, identify any possible samples needed to address your topic, and identify the type of relationship you believe might exist between the two variables ( i.e. positive or negative correlation).
Next, obtain data in order to address your topic. Collect a samples of paired data where the sample size ( n ) is 40 or more. For example, if you were interested in how work affects students’ grades, you could collect the GPA and the number of work hours for 40 students. You must obtain your data by conducting a survey. In paragraph form, describe how you obtained your data, including the phrasing of the questions you asked and how you conducted your poll ( e.g. asked friends, family, coworkers, went to a mall, chat rooms, etc.). Finally, include a list of the paired values in your project report.
