The survey instrument was distributed to 440 Mid-Country Residents and to 660 Coastal Residents. Summary results showed that 280 of the Mid-Country Residents were dissatisfied with their lives, while 332 of the Coastal Residents indicated dissatisfaction. Using a 5% level of significance, can we say that, in general there is a significant difference between the satisfaction levels of Mid-Country Residents and Coastal Residents?
