The purpose of the following paper is to present a statistical description and analysis of the data set containing information about the selling price and other parameters of a sample of homes based in the geographical area of Columbus and Westerville. A series of the descriptive statistics will be computed, and supporting graphs will be added, in order to give a reasonably detailed description of the data.

The data corresponds to a sample of 67 homes. Several variables were recorded, including:

• Square Footage
• Ask Price
• Type
• Number of bedrooms
• Number of bathrooms
• Age
• City
• Lot Size
• Selling Price
