  1. The following experiment could not be analyzed using a one-way ANOVA. Explain why:
A professor is interested in the effect of alcohol on language learning. To test the effect, he decides to look at language learning in both Spanish and French and selects 4 classrooms (2 Spanish and 2 French). One classroom learning each language is randomly selected as the experimental group and free red wine is made available for students to drink during the 2-hour class. The control classrooms are provided free grape juice during the 2-hour class. At the end of the term, the professor wants to compare the mean letter grade obtained by the wine-drinking group to the mean letter grade obtained by the grape-juice drinking group.
  2. Analyze the data from Assignment Two.sav ( see attached file ) and write a results section to explain what you have found. Be sure to follow APA format and include only what is necessary. The data are explained below:

8 A researcher is interested in whether blonds, brunets or redheads differ with respect to their extrovertedness. She randomly selects samples from 18 men on a college campus (6 of each hair color) and administers a measure of social extroversion.
