Reliability Analysis:

A reliability analysis will be performed to measure the reliability degree of the construct measured by questions q5 through q20.

First of all, we observe that there is a large amount of missing responses for items q7, q8, q9, q10, q11, and q12. In fact, if we included these variables, there wouldn’t be any valid case (because every case would have at least one missing item). Hence, items q7, q8, q9, q10, q11, and q12 won’t be included in this reliability analysis.
