Research question : Is the average departure time for aircraft departing Newark more than five minutes after the scheduled departure time.

Expected result : I predict that the average departure time will be less than five minutes from the scheduled departure time. If aircraft were going to be departing more than five minutes late on average, departure times or procedures would be adjusted in order to improve the departure / arrival time estimates established in preflight planning.
