  1. For each table, use the frequency distributions to calculate Relative Frequency Distributions
  2. Plot a chart of the Relative Frequency Distribution for Table 1
  3. Plot a Stacked chart of the Relative Frequency Distribution for Table 2
  4. Using the Frequency or Relative Frequency values, calculate the Weighted Average Incomes for All Neighborhoods (Table I). Using your calculation, would you consider this neighborhood a low income or a high-income neighborhood? Explain your answers
  5. Using the Frequency or Relative Frequency values, calculate the Weighted Average Incomes for each Neighborhood (Table II). Which of the neighborhoods would you consider the lowest income neighborhood? Explain your answer?
