Introduction

The objective of this project is to provide meaningful statistical analyses to discover relationships between variables that are measured with a survey instrument about college education. The survey contains 11 questions, with 110 cases (see the appendix for a complete list of questions)

The objective of the rest of the paper is to:

• Identify research objectives
• Provide descriptive statistics for each variable analyzed
• Identify the relationships between the variables that you want to analyze.

Research Hypotheses

The following research hypothesis will be tested in this paper:

• Is there a difference in the proportion of institutions that offer online courses for public and private institutions?

In order to analyze the above question, a Chi-Square test of independence will be used.
