Statistics Project : Google Korea Survey

Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the results a Google Korea survey obtained, and to specifically run some statistical procedures, such as regression analysis and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance).

The survey consisted of 20 questions involving the services and performance of Google Korea (See the Appendix for a list of questions). The survey had a total of 102 respondents.

Research Questions

The following research questions will be answered in this paper:

• Is there a difference in the mean frequency of use of Google for the groups of respondent wit h different favorite Google features ?
  For the purpose of this analysis, the effect of question #10 of the survey ( What is your favorite feature of Google? ) on the result of question #8 ( How often do you use Google ) will be assess, and for such purpose, ANOVA will be used.
  The second research questions we are interested in assessing is:
• Is the opinion about Google Korea is linearly related with the frequency of use of Google ?

For the purpose of assessing this research question, regression analysis will be. The variables involved in the analysis are How often do you use Google and How do you c onsider Google's layout .
