Make a frequency table of the first coronary heart disease event (varibale firstchd):

  6. Make a bar chart that shows the distribution of type of coronary heart disease events for men who experienced coronary heart disease. (To select only men who experienced coronary heart disease, in the Data Editor use Select Firstchd ne 1.)
